Structured filters by geometric characteristic. These describe the product; they are not recommendations for any condition.

Choose one or more characteristics above.

Why these characteristics?

  • Drop changes the angle the foot rests at in standing and the heel’s height relative to the forefoot. A higher drop reduces the ankle angle needed to bring the shin over the foot; a lower drop does the opposite.
  • Rocker onset and toe spring describe where and how much the sole curves upward. An earlier, stronger rocker lets the shoe roll forward with less bending at the toe joints; a flat, flexible forefoot requires more.
  • Plates and high longitudinal stiffness reduce forefoot bending and move the effective lever point forward.
  • Forefoot stack raises the foot further from the ground and generally accompanies stronger rockers.
